2-pc purple devore chiffon velvet in Moderne rose motif w/ tabbed front hem edged w/ short amethyst bugle beaded looped fringe, double painted velvet & silk roses to left H, original slip included, c. 1923, B 48", W 40", L 47", underdress B 42", L 44", (underarm discoloration, few sm spot stains, few loose stitches at side gathers, few missing beads, light 1" stain CB hem); 1 lavender & lame woven perforated lace w/ V-neckline & back right SH drape, c. 1925, B 44", W 40", L 45"-50", (slip N/I, 0.5" seam opening left underarm, 0.5" hole right W, few repairs up to 2" in skirt) both very good; t/w twill silk satin & silk lace party dress. Deaccessioned by the Valentine Museum.
