Wall panel pieced from dress material of patterned pink, yellow & green floral silk on pale blue satin ground w/ silver brocade in lace & leaf motifs, c. 1734, galloon bordered & gold silk satin backing likely 19th C, 40” x 51”, (many repairs/reinforcements up to 10”, light fading & discoloration, tarnish & wear to metal threads, 0.25” stain at center, several piecework elements, minor shatter & discoloration to backing) Fair-good. Provenance: Brooklyn Museum.
