3 pairs of glazed printed cotton curtains w/ matching valances printed in lace & sprig motif in shades of burgundy & blue on brown figured ground, blue twill cotton edging, lined w/ cotton sateen & w/ hooks, 9 pieces total, from The Reuben Bliss House period rooms, textile originally c. 1875, construction c. 1929, 6 curtains all approx. 24.5” x 65.5” each, 3 valances all approx. 47” x 10” ea, (all w/ broad varying light-heavy discoloration, few repairs up to 3.5”, few 0.25”-0.5” holes, few tiny-0.75” paint flecks) Good. Provenance: Brooklyn Museum.
